Having spent most of my klife in China, I feel qualified to warn that Shanghai Blues is probably the worst Chinese restaurant I have encountered among many in London: noise level is so high it is almost impossible to hear one's table felows; food prices inflated; items not ordered charged for; items ordered not appearing; service ignorant and incompetent; food mediocre.
